College

Like any teenager in India I completed my schooling. 12 years years of it and finally done! So now was a choice to make, a life changing choice actually, wait almost every choice which we make is going to make a difference to our life in one way or the other, okay any way I'll come back to the topic, ya what was I saying? Oh yeah a very big choice that is joining a college and choosing in what I was interested in. Because I didn't have a clear view like many of my class mates, in which most of them were forced by their parents to take up Science and be a Engineer or a Doctor, so their future was decided. But mine is a completely different case, because unlike their parents mine didn't make my choices for me, so I at first thought of doing commerce. Why? I don't know. I was just following what others were doing, get high % take Commerce or science. I didn't even think of joining Arts, because none of my school teachers encouraged me to do so. I saw the subjects in Arts all of them were so interesting, I was wondering why people see Arts in such a stereo-typed way. It is considered that only people who are low in academics choose Arts and that there is no scope for Arts in the society. But I thought.... a lot then realized that I couldn't name one reason to choose commerce...so I ended up choosing Arts
